I had a good night and a good meeting at NAMI CARE.  Chim was great as usual.  Then I came home and called my baby.  Her Harley is still sick, might have to go to the hospital with an ear infection.  Willow is so sweet and is such a good mother and herbalist, I’m just so lucky to have found her.  And now Ivy’s husband is talking about driving her here to live with me!  I’m so excited!  They do not yet know when they will be able to do that, but we’re talking months…  I hope she can get her Disability before the move, it will be much easier on her if she does.

Tomorrow night, Kay Redfield Jamison is going to be giving a talk at UNC-Asheville.  Ms. Jamison is a noted author and bipolar person.  I will be going to hear her, it should be wonderful.

I need to get out and walk more, get back in shape… of course, I don’t know yet if my hip is messed up or just hurting from muscle aches, I need to see Caroline and see what she can determine.  But I have to start doing some exercise, it’s my only New Years’ Resolution and I’ve dropped the ball so far.

I started to wash dishes tonight, and my sink wouldn’t drain… I got out the plunger and couldn’t get it to drain, so I got out a special brush that can grab hair that might be clogging it up — and shoved it right through the elbow, so the sink started draining all over the floor.  Had to call my apartment manager, he’ll be here in the morning to look at it.  Guess I’d better go to bed for now, he’ll probably wake me up.
