Waaah

I worked so hard to get money to pay bills. I got everything paid… except my phone bill, due on the 15th (and my next paycheck is on the 17th). I did extra favors for friends, which will (eventually) be paid back. But I still got overdrawn.

Today a new coffeepot arrived. It looked brand new (Regal PolyPerk 30-cup). Clean as could be. Packaged beautifully. Filled it up, plugged it in… nothing. Power cord is delivering power, electrical innards look clean, nothing burned out… but nothing.

My ride to work tomorrow got too sick to take me, and I found a replacement. Hope it works out, need the $.

In terms of life, everything seems as good as it can be right now. No doubt I am loved, no doubt I’m madly in love with Honey. Baby Girl loves me too. Still can’t quite figure out how to work around my issues and Honey’s issues but we know we’re just going to keep going.

Trying to watch football, and there are no games worth watching. I must need an attitude adjustment. Oh, and I’m home alone again — Honey and Baby Girl went off to a Girl Scout camp, and Gypsy is off riding the bus to get a prescription.
