Your spirit guide is the Bear.  The bear is a creature of pure and unbridled strength and a very deep wisdom.  In Native American Folklore, Bear was the one who gave the humans its first lesson in humanity and equality by sewing a man and woman together with the feathers of a thunderbird.  The bear stalks through the forest with strength in its legs and wisdom in its eyes.  It is often the symbol of the earth or the Shaman, as well as is the buffalo.  Bear’s chosen person is the type of person who feels the need to teach others about equality and humanity.  You are often times mistreated because of this, perhaps, but most of the time, people come to you and ask your advise.  You are also the type of person who is probably very large in shape, physically speaking, or you are very muscular.  Bear, like Wolf, protects its chosen person with a strict ferocity, but also knows when it must take a step back and let you experience the joys and pains of your own actions.
