My meeting with my therapist, David Cameron, went well. He had looked at my website and had read the letter to MX. He is still wanting to work with me, and didn’t think that New Vistas would discontinue me. Whew. I still have my apartment.<\/P>

We talked about a lot of things, he actually gave me a homework assignment (to schedule my time away from the apartment as much as possible, complete with paperwork), and we have another meeting in 3 weeks. Also good, and at my request, since I really think 4 weeks is too long.<\/P>
\n
I guess I’m OK. I went to Walmart and bought some not-so-cheap fish oil to hold me through this month. Their fish oil has gone up, it was about $5.50 for 120 or $10.50 for 250. Next month I’ll go to Sam’s Club and get their 300 for $6.50 or whatever.<\/P>

Anyhow, guess I’m OK. I’ve still been doing my meditation. I don’t know when I’m going to cross the next kosha, should be tomorrow at the latest. Will I even know? I don’t know.<\/P>
