CALL IN GAY on DECEMBER 10th<\/sup><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are asking everyone<\/strong>, regardless of sexual orientation, to help us fight for basic human rights. In reaction to the devastating and inhumane \u2018yes\u2019 on Proposition 8, the LBGT community, is asking all Queers and supporters to \u201ccall in gay<\/strong>\u201d for \u2018Human Rights Day\u2019 <\/span>(http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wi<\/span>ki\/Human_Rights_Day<\/span><\/a>)<\/span>, the 10th<\/sup> of December. The Queer population has suffered social injustice for too long and now is our chance to show the world how much we matter. <\/span><\/p>\n

December 10th<\/sup> is a Wednesday and we encourage everyone to do nothing to help the economy. We ask that students skip class, teachers cancel class and business owners shut the financial doors for one day. No matter how important your job may be, please \u201ccall in gay\u201d to show support on December 10th<\/sup>. Don\u2019t forget to spread the word to everyone you know!<\/span><\/p>\n

We will make a difference! We will receive the rights we deserve! And we are<\/strong> an important part of the global economy!<\/span><\/p>\n
