When there is no time, there is no wound. Let
go of the past, and you will have no grievances. It is simple, is it
not? Time makes the wound seem real. It makes death seem real. It makes
all the changes that happen in your life seem real. Yet none of these
are real.
– Paul Ferrini, Love Without Conditions

To
love is good, too: love being difficult. For one human being to love
another: that is perhaps the most difficult of all our tasks, the
ultimate, the last test and proof, the work for which all other work is
but preparation.
– Rainer Marie Rilke

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I’m not sure about the former.
– Albert Einstein

A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.
– George Bernard Shaw

I keep my ideals, because in spite of everything I still believe that people are really good at heart.
– Anne Frank

The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.
– Albert Einstein

Humanity
has advanced, when it has advanced, not because it has been sober,
responsible, and cautious, but because it has been playful, rebellious,
and immature.
– Tom Robbins

Reality is nothing but a collective hunch.
– Lily Tomlin

Disbelief in magic can force a poor soul into believing in government and business.
– Tom Robbins

If you can spend a perfectly useless afternoon in a perfectly useless manner, you have learned how to live.
– Lin Yutang

There
was this Hindu who saw a scorpion floundering around in the water. He
decided to save it by stretching out his finger, but the scorpion stung
him. The man still tried to get the scorpion out of the water, but the
scorpion stung him again. A man nearby told him to stop trying to
save the scorpion that kept stinging him. But the Hindu said: “It
is the nature of the scorpion to sting. It is my nature to love. Why
should I give up my nature to love just because it is the nature of the
scorpion to sting?”
– author unknown

No question is unheard,
and no question goes unanswered. “Ask and you shall receive” is the
rule, but you must learn how to ask and how to receive.
– Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

We
make the assumption that everyone sees life the way we do. We assume
that others think the way we think, feel the way we feel, judge the way
we judge, and abuse the way we abuse. This is the biggest assumptions
that humans make. And this is why we have a fear of being ourselves
around others. Because we think everyone else will judge us, victimize
us, abuse us, and blame us as we do ourselves. So even before others
have a chance to reject us, we have already rejected ourselves. That is
the way the human mind works.
– Don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements

You
are in another sense already God. This is the ultimate truth. You
are made of God and are an indivisible part of God. As is
everything. The whole existence is God in motion. The sensitivity you
feel is God. The awareness you have is God. Your love is God. The
veil of separation, your ego, is God. Even though this is the
ultimate truth, it can become a trap if you believe it without
experiential verification. Premature belief prevents authentic
discovery. Be absolutely rigorous about what you know from your
experience and what is borrowed knowledge. We have enough parrots of
teachers and scriptures already. The solution is to remain an inner
scientist. Verify everything with your intelligence and experience.
Your soul does not have any clear memory of Source. In that sense, you
are lost in samsara groping towards the light. This is your experience
and is therefore the most real for you. Yet Source is in you animating
your every move, thought and feeling. Life is paradoxical.

The fast way to grow is to stick to your experience. This prevents
most of the spiritual traps from catching you. At the same time, try to
understand the big picture and how you fit into it. You can understand
that consciousness is all there is, and God is awareness of
consciousness. This means you are a part of God with no memory of where
you come from. Still, do not believe anything till you know. What you
always know is the energy of the moment. This moment of life is who you
are right now. Become more sensitive to this miraculous moment of life
happening in you. Allow the energy of Now to take you where it wants to
go. Give more space to the silence between thoughts.
– Maitreya

What we believe we also experience. What happens for many people when
they begin to work with visualizations and realizing desires is that
they are completly unaware of how their unconscious beliefs control the
outcome. For example, if you work on creating a healthy body but deep
down don’t actually believe you can do it, your goal will be sabotaged
by that negative self-talk, and the work will not be successful. Our
inner conversations do have an effect on what we manifest in our lives.
– Sandra Ingerman, Medicine For the Earth

We
cannot destroy an old belief system while we are maintaining and
defending it. That’s no different than arm wrestling with
yourself. We discard the old by re-directing the energy
that we are giving it.
– Carson’s Commentary

===

GREAT TRUTHS THAT LITTLE CHILDREN HAVE LEARNED:

1) No matter how hard you try, you can’t baptize cats.
2) When your Mom is mad at your Dad, don’t let her brush your hair.
3) If your sister hits you, don’t hit her back.
