I become aware of the ups and downs<br \/>\nwithin my consciousness just as I am aware of the ups and downs in my<br \/>\nexternal life. I ride the waves of consciousness and experience,<br \/>\nholding it all in compassionate awareness. My judgments, my fears, my<br \/>\nexpectations rest now in something larger, wider and deeper than the<br \/>\negoic consciousness that gives them birth. They rest in my loving<br \/>\nacceptance. They rest in my awareness that whatever is happening right<br \/>\nnow in this moment is perfect.
