Hiya.

I managed to get up this morning, even though my alarm didn’t go off.  I got to Blue Ridge and visited with my therapist.  We talked about my housing, my rent goes up a whole $1 a month in October.  I asked about increasing my Lexapro, he said we’ll talk about it when we see the doctor next month.

I went to the bread store and got my bread for the month, 3 loaves of Health Nut and 2 bags of Cinnamon and Raisin bagels.  It was a bit more than before, but still less than $7.  I still have to go to get my lunch meat, not sure if I will do that tomorrow or wait until next week.

My cigars just got here as I was typing the last paragraph.  Yayyy, no more pipe for a while.

I got a good email from my online sister, Amanda, and answered her questions.  I LOVE YOU WILLOW!!!! Yes, that is connected, but I won’t tell how
