I’m really upset with myself.  I should have meditated prior to going to Beanstreets, I had the time to do it and just didn’t.  By the time I got home and got involved in other things (specifically the brochure for Asheville Homeless Network), I had missed my 24-hour deadline on meditating.  So now I’m starting all over, another 108 days (August 11).
