The NAMI CARE meeting went very well last night. The Recovery, Inc. meeting didn’t happen — Hal was visiting someone I didn’t know in the apartment complex we meet at, and he didn’t check to see that I was there. Anyhow, I got a nice walk home through a woods. I’m exhausted as usual.
Gotten some nice, caring emails from Jill in England. Too bad there’s a pond in the way.
Mr. Parker, my landlord, is getting to be insufferable. I had friends come over about 8 am today, and he was griping at me and at them that it was too early for visitors. I’m sorry, I don’t pay rent for him to run my life. I put in a frantic call to my housing coordinator… don’t know what he can do for me, but I gotta get outta here. I mean, I’ve been here for 6 years, haven’t had much reason for him to complain about me except for his visitation rules (which are truly sucky)… haven’t burned the place down yet (gotta be careful, someone might burn it down and point to this blog, naming me as a suspect)… I’m friendly, and I’ve put up with the @#$%#$ for 6 @#$#$ years now.
Oh well. Should go meditate.
Hugs,
Me
