I spent a very hot and exhausting weekend with my dear Family, SerpentStone. More growth and change, more connections… but the heat was unbearable, and I almost fell over a couple of times just from exhaustion. Frankie went with me, and bless their hearts many other Family members took care of her when I could not. We both had wonderful times, and returned home safely. And did I mention I was exhausted? Whew. Oh, I should also mention that Lady Rhiannon turned Frankie into a frog. But she got better.

The heat and humidity has been awful. It’s like breathing through a hot wet towel. I think the whole state is suffering. You take care in this weather and be sure to have fluids on hand if you can.
