Well, Willow has her computer back up and is online again!  I don’t know how she got Windows95 to run on a 386, but it’s proof she’s damned good!  I LOVE YOU MY WILLOW!!!!!

I missed an appointment with my therapist yesterday.  He always sends me an email 2 days before to remind me… this time he sent it at 9 am on the day of the appointment, then called me when I was late.  Grrrrr.  Oh well, he’s not my therapist any more, he’s leaving to work for another company.

Got a NAMI CARE meeting tonight.  Thank Goddess the holidays are over, we can go back to having 2 meetings a month; Thanksgiving and Christmas landed on the day we were scheduled to have meetings.

Still keeping up with the meditation.  I hope I can continue… this is more follow-through than I’ve been able to do in the past.
