I have not yet decided whether to start back on the antidepressant (Lexapro). I have instead gone ahead with a plan to “fix” my whole system, using oral administration of small amounts of 4% DMSO solution. So far so good, after 2 doses (taking 50cc or 1 tsp. 3 times a day, per instructions from Dr. Stanley Jacob).
Thank you all for your support as I try to keep myself well. I’m fairly well convinced that the Xenadrine EFX is not effective, at least for me. I will discontinue the use of that. I have also doubled my fish oil intake, which might have an effect of elevating my mood somewhat. It’s all fine tuning, and it’s having a lot less ill effect than all the drug-switching my doctors had me doing. I’ve had a bit of depression the past 2-3 weeks, hope this picks up. It is also telling that my main local support group has had fewer meetings in November and December due to the meeting date falling on Thanksgiving and Christmas; perhaps getting back to 2 meetings a month will help.
I’ll be fine. Don’t worry. And if I’m not, you’ll read it here first.
Meanwhile my wonderful love Willow is online again, which means I have a bit more contact with her than I have in the past. This can only be good for both of us. I LOVE YOU MY WILLOW!!!!! ![]()

Getting ready for the NFL Playoffs this weekend. Hope the Panthers do well, but it will have been a good season whether they win tomorrow or not. Gwenn and Chris are spending the weekend with me to watch the games (actually only Gwenn cares about the games, but Chris is here as her chaperone I suppose).
I guess that’s all for now. Om namaha Sivaya!
Hugs,
Me
I’ll be interested to know what, if anything, the oral administration of DMSO does.I read about it from Dr. Stanley Jacobs, but at that time on doing research for how to use DMSO, I had “bigger fish to fry”.
