Followup to Sprint Customer Service?

I Googled the phone number, and found that hundreds of people have questioned this call.  Several have reported it to Sprint or posted to the Net about us (see, for instance, http://whocalled.us – do a Google Search, the number is 877-304-6446).  Some reported that they were calling every day from that number.

One person stated that he got far enough in the phone call that they asked for his debit card number to charge a new phone.  That sounds like where the woman I talked to was heading.
